My name is Courtney Golaszewski
I’m a graphic and web designer located in St. Louis, Missouri. As a freelance graphic designer for the last ten years and web developer for the past four years, I have helped many startups improve their design and brand identity on the web and print.
Before my agency and freelance experience, I had extensive customer service and management experience, which has brought me a more practical perspective on my designs. I take pride in creating beautiful and functional solutions for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and sole proprietors to build a seamless user experience with an impactful modern website to showcase your brand to help your business succeed for many years. PHONE CONSULTATION
A quick 15-minute phone call to ensure we are a good fit and suitable for the job and to answer any questions or concerns you might have.
GETTING STARTED
You'll receive a Welcome Brief email containing your proposal, contract, and invoice. Once the proposal is approved, the contract signed, and the invoice is paid, we'll lock in your start date and get started on your project timeline.
CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE
You'll receive a detailed client questionnaire form, so I can get to know you and your business. This form helps me get to the nitty-gritty details of your business to communicate my design more clearly and effectively to align with your target audience, showcasing what makes your brand unique.
YOUR CUSTOM DESIGN
Next, we'll start designing to your goals and showcase your design style, fonts, and colors from the answers you provided in the client guide. Once you approve the design, we will strive to complete your vision. Our goal is to exceed your expectations to up-level your brand and establish you as the expert in your industry.
PUBLISH LIVE!
Once you're thrilled with the results, we'll start publishing! That means sending the design to the printers, making your custom website live, or scheduling your email newsletter. We are here for you to help you stand out and become a sunflower in a world full of roses! If you are on our Monthly Support Plan for Web development, we'll maintain the site for you. If not, we'll hand over the keys to the castle and even teach you! We will review how to function through your website with a recorded screen share, so you always have the keys! Easy peasy.
